1. Provider

These Terms govern your use of the Yasu skin analysis platform (web dashboard and mobile app), operated by:

2. Scope of Service

Yasu provides skin analysis tools for use by licensed aesthetic and dermatology professionals. The platform generates visual outputs (redness mapping and clinical duotone analysis) through a machine learning process to assist trained practitioners in assessing skin conditions.

Yasu is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnoses. All outputs are for professional reference only and do not replace clinical judgement or medical advice.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Yasu.
• Yasu is intended for use by registered businesses and licensed professionals in the DACH region and United Kingdom.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of Yasu complies with applicable local regulations.

4. Patient Consent

You are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate informed consent from any patient or client whose images are uploaded to the platform. You must inform patients that:

• Their facial images will be processed by our software.
• Results are stored securely in cloud infrastructure.
• They may request deletion of their data at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload images of minors without explicit parental/guardian consent.
• Use Yasu outputs as standalone medical diagnoses or prescriptions.
• Share account credentials with unauthorised third parties.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform software, machine learning models, and interface designs are the exclusive property of Yasu Labs Zingg. Scan output images generated from your uploads remain associated with your account but the underlying machine learning technology is proprietary.

7. Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, Yasu Labs Zingg excludes liability for:

• Clinical decisions made on the basis of Yasu outputs.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
• Service interruptions due to third-party infrastructure (Supabase, RunPod, Vercel).

8. Subscription & Payment

Access to Yasu is provided under a subscription model. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are communicated at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland. For users in the UK, applicable UK consumer protection laws are not affected by this clause.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
