Numeric values shown in the app are analysis indices for consultation support only. They are not clinical measurements, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions.

What the scan feature shows

• Clean portrait: a background-removed photograph captured during the clinic scan workflow.
• Analysis map: a colour visualization derived from the portrait to highlight skin features for discussion during a consultation.
• Analysis index (optional): a numeric index from a machine learning process for practitioner reference. It is not a regulated diagnostic output.

How analysis indices are generated

When enabled for a scan mode, an optional index is computed after images are ready. It supports conversation between practitioner and patient and remains a non-diagnostic reference value.

Follow-up scans may compare against prior images from the same patient workspace to show relative change over time. This is for practitioner review only.
